Al Fresco Dining - Outdoor Kitchen Garden Design

outdoor kitchen garden design
Outdoor Kitchens are becoming a modern-day trend. In 2021 it is expected that we will see many clients wanting to extend their garden to include ‘Alfresco dining.’It is possible the days are numbered for cooking inside and taking the steaming dishes to the patio table, and then back to collect the chilled wine. Our designer team will work with some qualified manufacturers of outdoor kitchens enabling their appliances to be incorporated within our designs. To construct any new modern structure in the garden, the first step is to design in tandem with the manufacturer.
We set aside time to go through the project plans with both the kitchen expert and our landscape contractor, so the entire project is seamless. From our perspective, if it is more cost-effective by employing the manufacturer to construct it that’s fine.
As with any appliances they will need power like gas and power so ducting is paramount. If butane is the answer space needs to be allotted in order for a large enough container can be housed.
Being outside the materials needs to be selected wisely. Stainless steel 306 represents a suitable choice with a sturdy frame to bear the weight of all the appliances.
Some clients have sought the sort of cost that will be necessary, but it’s hard to say without knowing the appropriate appliances. As a guide £10,000 will be a good starting place.
All in all an installation such as this needs to be designed within the overall garden and not left and built as an afterthought.
The best way to ensure its right is to discuss the various types with us and then let our team incorporate them. We can subsequently allow sufficient space and position them in the ideal position.
